Hart Leroy Bibbs letter to Claude Pélieu, [1969?].

In an undated typewritten letter written in Paris, Hart Leroy Bibbs thanks Claude Pélieu and Miss Beach for working on an unnamed project with him. Pélieu and Mary Beach were editors of Beach Books between 1962 and 1973. Bibbs goes on to pose some thoughts on the nature of government and drug use, and wishes Pélieu success with his next book, Le Journal blanc du hasard (published 1969).
